<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong><em>Ready-mixed thermo insulating plaster</em></strong></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>POLYTECH® THERM</strong> is an <strong>insulating plaster </strong>premixed in bags, composed by cement, hydraulic lime,  <strong>POLYTECH® THERM</strong> <strong>RESIN</strong> (compound of additives designed for plaster) and polystyrene beads treated with <strong>TECH</strong> additive. <br>This formulation allows an excellent adhesion to the surface, plasticity of the mortar and waterproof plaster after curing. Moreover, an immediate saving on heating costs.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong> <strong>POLYTECH® MP</strong> </strong> is an insulating concrete premixed in bags  composed by cement and polystyrene beads treated with <strong>TECH</strong> additive. It is suitable for the production of insulating lihtweight concrete, with a particularly low specific weight and low thermal conductivity. <br>All you need to do is just add water, since every component of the compound is already into the bag.<br>The product can be used for light screeds, slopes and wherever low weight, together with good compressive strength, is required, providing thermal and acoustical insulation.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong><em>Treated polystyrene bag with TECH additive.</em></strong></h3>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>POLYTECH® bag</strong> is a bag with polystyrene beads homogeneously treated with <strong>TECH</strong> additive.<br>It is packaged in the factory using <strong>CD1</strong> system which nebulizes the polystyrene beads with <strong>TECH</strong> additive and fill the bags. (normally bags of 250 lt and 500 lt).<br><strong>POLYTECH® bag</strong> with the adding of water and cement, is used for the production of <strong>POLYTECH® </strong>and it is mixed by specific machines as Mp1 or KOMPATTO Series or with normal mixers.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>TECH</strong> additive is a liquid solution of anionic surface-active agents with neutral PH and it is omogenously mixed with polystyrene beads, ensuring an accurate mixing of the concrete with the polystyrene (EPS) avoiding the separation and sedimentation.<br>Moreover, it also increases the mixture volume, avoid the problems of shrinking and related consequences as: cracks and deformations, without modifying curing times of concrete mixture.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>TECH S</strong> is a concentrated powder to make <strong>POLYTECH®</strong>, the  lightweight concrete with polystyrene beads, for high thermal and acoustic insulating power.<br><strong>TECH</strong> <strong>S</strong> ensure an accurate mixing of the concrete with the polystyrene (EPS) avoiding the separation and sedimentation.<br>Moreover, it also increases the mixture volume, avoid the problems of shrinking and related consequences as: cracks and deformations, without modifying curing times of concrete mixture.<br></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The p<strong>owder does not require a pre-processing, is added directly into the mixer after the water.</strong></p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">Additives to improve the performance of<strong> FOAM CONCRETE</strong> and POLYTECH®.</h4>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>The series is composed by: </strong><br>&#8211; <strong>DSP XL</strong>: powder to increase the<strong> compressive strength</strong> and decrease the<strong> drying times</strong>.<br>&#8211; <strong>FBR</strong>: used to increase the <strong>flexural strength</strong> and <strong>tear resistance</strong>, moreover prevent <strong>surface cracks</strong> and <strong>shrinkage</strong>.<br>&#8211; <strong>HDR</strong>: powder to decrease the<strong> drying times</strong>. <br>&#8211; <strong>DSP XM</strong>: powder for <strong>self leveling screed</strong> <strong>CLC HD</strong> and <strong>TECHLIVEL</strong>.<br>&#8211; <strong>DSP XML</strong>: liquid additive for <strong>self leveling screed</strong> <strong>CLC HD</strong> and <strong>TECHLIVEL</strong>. <br>&#8211; <strong>DSP AG</strong>: powder that <strong>retains water</strong>, used for <strong>slopes in <strong>FOAM CONCRETE</strong> </strong>.<br>&#8211; <strong>COISO HP</strong>: compound for the production of <strong>CLC SLABS HP</strong>.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong><em>DSP XL</em></strong><br>Powder to increase the compressive strength and decrease the drying times. </h3>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>DSP XL</strong> does not require a pre-processing,&nbsp;is added directly into the mixer during cement loading.<br>Used for the production of <strong>CLC &amp; POLYTECH® walls, panels and blocks.</strong><br><strong>Advantages using DSP XL:</strong><br>&#8211; Increasing of compressive strength<br>&#8211; Decreasing of drying times<br>&#8211; Prevention surface cracks and shrinkage</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong><em>FBR</em></strong><br><strong>Used to increase the flexural strength and tear resistance, moreover prevent surface cracks and shrinkage. </strong></h3>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Advantages using FBR:</strong> <br>&#8211; Increasing of flexural strength and tear resistance <br>&#8211; Increasing of resistance to hydrostatic pressure<br>&#8211; Prevention surface cracks and shrinkage <br> </p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong><em>HDR</em></strong> <br>Additive in powder to decrease the drying times. </h3>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>HDR</strong> is a concentrated additive in powder, to be diluted in water.<br>Used for the production of <strong>CLC &amp; POLYTECH® walls, panels and blocks.</strong><br><strong>Advantages using HDR:</strong><br>&#8211; Reduced cement setting times<br>&#8211; Increasing of compressive strength<br>&#8211; Reduced drying times</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong><em>DSP XM</em></strong><br>Additive in powder for self leveling screed CLC HD and TECHLIVEL. </h3>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>DSP XM</strong> allows to produce the <strong>fluid self leveling screed</strong> <strong>CLC HD</strong> and <strong>TECHLIVEL</strong>, giving and high compressive strenght to glue directly the tiles on top the lightweight concrete screed.<br><strong>Advantages using DSP XM:</strong><br>&#8211; Increasing of fluidity making the screed self leveling<br>&#8211; Makes easier the leveling of the material and the pumping even with high density<br>&#8211; Increasing of compressive strenght<br>&#8211; Reducing of drying times<br>&#8211; Prevention surface cracks and shrinkage </p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong><em>DSP XML</em></strong><br>Liquid additive for <strong>self leveling screed CLC HD </strong>and <strong>TECHLIVEL</strong> </h3>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Powder additive that retains water and reduces the rheological properties of the CLC, allowing the production of slopes  also in <strong>CLC</strong>.<br><strong>Advantages using DSP AG:</strong><br>&#8211; Decreased fluidity of the CLC<br>&#8211; Retains water, reducing dripping<br>&#8211; Possibility of throwing on wooden attics</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong><em>COISO HP</em></strong><br>Compound for the production of CLC SLABS HP. </h3>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Using <strong>COISO HP</strong>, the slabs have the following characteristics: <br>&#8211; High compressive strength <br>&#8211; Resistance to impact<br>&#8211; Flexural strength (during the filling of CLC between the two slabs)<br>&#8211; Tear resistance (for fixing wall units)<br>&#8211; Fire resistance and protection to steel frame<br>&#8211; Lightness and good thermal insulation</p>
