Slabs in FOAM CONCRETE, used for cladding Steel Frame structure.

The SLABS HP are lightweight and easy to handle, produced with a medium FOAM CONCRETE mixture.
They can be self-manufactured using COISOIMPER systems and local raw materials combined with specific COISOIMPER additives.

The main characteristics of CLC SLABS HP are flexural strength and therefore strong resistance to hydrostatic pressure and with a 2 cm thickness. The standard dimensions are 75 x 60 cm and the weight is 9 kg.

Using CLC SLABS HP.

The CLC SLABS HP are mainly used to replace fiber cement panels or similar and as cladding on exterior and partition walls on steel structures.
Plus, the slabs are used as “disposable formwork” thanks to the flexural strength during pumping, and therefore the use of formwork is not required.

The series is composed by:
– DSP XL: powder to increase the compressive strength and decrease the drying times.
– FBR: used to increase the flexural strength and tear resistance, moreover prevent surface cracks and shrinkage.
– HDR: powder to decrease the drying times.
– DSP XM: powder for self leveling screed CLC HD and TECHLIVEL.
– DSP XML: liquid additive for self leveling screed CLC HD and TECHLIVEL.
– DSP AG: powder that retains water, used for slopes in FOAM CONCRETE .
– COISO HP: compound for the production of CLC SLABS HP.

DSP XL
Powder to increase the compressive strength and decrease the drying times.

DSP XL does not require a pre-processing, is added directly into the mixer during cement loading.
Used for the production of CLC & POLYTECH® walls, panels and blocks.

FBR
Used to increase the flexural strength and tear resistance, moreover prevent surface cracks and shrinkage.

HDR
Additive in powder to decrease the drying times.

HDR is a concentrated additive in powder, to be diluted in water.
Used for the production of CLC & POLYTECH® walls, panels and blocks.
Advantages using HDR:
– Reduced cement setting times
– Increasing of compressive strength
– Reduced drying times

DSP XM
Additive in powder for self leveling screed CLC HD and TECHLIVEL.

DSP XM allows to produce the fluid self leveling screed CLC HD and TECHLIVEL, giving and high compressive strenght to glue directly the tiles on top the lightweight concrete screed.
Advantages using DSP XM:
– Increasing of fluidity making the screed self leveling
– Makes easier the leveling of the material and the pumping even with high density
– Increasing of compressive strenght
– Reducing of drying times
– Prevention surface cracks and shrinkage

DSP XML
Liquid additive for self leveling screed CLC HD and TECHLIVEL

DSP XML allows to produce the fluid self leveling screed CLC HD and TECHLIVEL, giving and high compressive strength to glue directly the tiles on top the lightweight concrete screed.
Advantages using DSP XML:
– Increasing of fluidity making the screed self leveling
– Makes easier the leveling of the material and the pumping even with high density
– Increasing of compressive strenght
– Reducing of drying times
– Prevention surface cracks and shrinkage

DSP AG
Powder that retains water, used for slopes in CLC.

Powder additive that retains water and reduces the rheological properties of the CLC, allowing the production of slopes also in CLC.
Advantages using DSP AG:
– Decreased fluidity of the CLC
– Retains water, reducing dripping
– Possibility of throwing on wooden attics

COISO HP
Compound for the production of CLC SLABS HP.

Using COISO HP, the slabs have the following characteristics:
– High compressive strength
– Resistance to impact
– Flexural strength (during the filling of CLC between the two slabs)
– Tear resistance (for fixing wall units)
– Fire resistance and protection to steel frame
– Lightness and good thermal insulation
