GSI & MiV is the most complete and automatic version of the series and can be connected to the cement silo for autonomous production.
The plastering machine is connected to the cement silo for an automatic and autonomous work, without any workers.
In case of lack of water or cement, the plant is blocked from the sensors controlled by the PLC of the GSI & MiV electric panel.
Moreover, GSI & MiV, controls the plastering machines and the silo vibrators.

GSI & MiV can be also used without cement silo, loading manually the cement bags.

GSI & MiV is composed by: electric panel with PLC, air compressor with tank, foam pump, water pump with flow meter for slurry production, flowmeter and air pressure regulator for foam adjustment, nozzle for foam production, vertical mixer MiV, connections for cement silo and plastering machine.

Using a plastering machine with rotor/stator 80 lt/min, is possible to produce up to 18 m³/hr and approx 100 mt of pumping horizontally and 60 mt vertically.

GSI xpm is the semi automatic version of the series.

GSI xpm is used without cement silo, the plastering machine is manually fed by the operator with cement bags.
It is composed by: electric panel, air compressor with tank, foam pump, flowmeter and air pressure regulator for foam adjustment, nozzle for foam production, vertical mixer MiV, connections for external plastering machine.

Using a plastering machine with rotor/stator 60 lt/min, is possible to produce up to 10 m³/hr and approx 80 mt of pumping horizontally and 30 mt vertically.

GSI xpm can be used with any kind of monoscrew pumps that produce up to 60 lt/min of slurry.

GSI LC is the basic version of the series.
It can be used with any kind of monoscrew pumps that produce up to 30 lt/min of slurry.

GSI LC is composed by: electric panel, air compressor with tank, foam pump, flowmeter and air pressure regulator for foam adjustment, nozzle for foam production, vertical mixer MiV, connections for external plastering machine.

Using a plastering machine with rotor/stator 30 lt/min, is possible to produce up to 7 m³/hr and approx 60 mt of pumping horizontally and 20 mt vertically.
