TECHCELL additive
Additive for cellular light weight concrete (foam concrete)
TECHCELL is an specific admixture for the execution of cellular concrete floor foundations and blocks, easy to set up and with excellent thermo-acoustic features.
By using it, cellular concrete with variable densities (300 to 600 kg/cub.mt.) can be produced. The usual standard density for floor foundations is 400 kg/cub.mt.

Applications
By using TECHCELL excellent thermal insulation results are obtainable, even the most severe conditions. The coefficents of thermal conductivity referring to the above mentioned densities are as follows:
D 300 = 0,062 Kcal/mh°C
D 400 = 0.080 Kcal/mh°C
D 500 = 0.090 Kcal/mh°C
D 600 = 0.110 Kcal/mh°C
By using TECHCELL in the execution of floor foundations, time and labour can be considerably saved. This product also offers the advantage of not crumbling, therefore it is a stedy support to floors.
The acoustic insulation feature is connected with the "muffler" principle and with the strong reduction in horizontal sound trasmission to the support structures.
