TECH additive is an aqueous solution of anionic surface-active agents with neutral PH, to make lightweight concrete consisting of hydraulic binders, cement and light inerts such as polystyrene, cork etc. with high thermal and acoustic insulating power.

TECH additive grants to lightweight concrete, during mixing and laying, an easy processing without sedimentation, separation or floating of ligth inerts.

TECH can be used to increases the mixture volume, avoiding problems of shrinking, too fast drying and related consequences as cracks and deformations,without modifying curing times of concrete mixture. Theese technical characteristichs let you modify the content of lightweight concrete so that coefficients of insulation, weight and compressure strenght can be modified, as well.

One of the most important feature of TECH additive is the total mix with water and the high speed of response. This gives to the cement-lightweight inert mixture an optimal workability and lightness, granting an easy and fast laying of the final product.

TECH can be used both in a concrete plant or with normal mixers and or specific equipment like Kompatto or MP1v.3 mixers.
